A children's center means an institution that is organized to provide services in the preschool education system, to develop some specific abilities in children. In the latter case, it is meant that such organizations can be with some kind of "bias", for example, with the development of creative abilities.

Step 1
Come up with a name for the children's center. It should be small and easy to remember. Also, the name of the children's leisure center should reflect this field of activity.
Step 2
Think about the organizational and legal form your future children's center (IP, LLC) should have.
Step 3
Make a business plan for the development of the child's center. To do this, analyze in detail your future activities of the company for the next year, and then for 5 years. Assess the state of the center: what risks may arise at the stage of the company's development, how they can be prevented.
Step 4
Calculate how much money you need to open a children's center. Include the following start-up costs in the calculation: the amount for renting the premises, funds for the purchase of the necessary furniture for children, educational toys, equipment for sleeping places.
Step 5
Find a suitable room. You can rent space in the building of another educational institution, for example, in the building of a private school or gymnasium. Pay attention to the availability of parking, easy access and location.

Place a small advertising sign in front of the establishment that will contain the following information: the name of the child's center, phone number and opening hours, as well as detailed information about the services provided (for example: "We will prepare your baby for school. We will teach him to read, count and write" …
Step 7
Hire qualified staff (educator, educator assistant, children's chef, speech therapist, nurse, psychologist, administrator). Depending on the number of recruited group of children, this list of personnel can be adjusted.
Step 8
Decide which developmental strategies, tutorials, and games you will use in your new center. Decide how the classes should be held together with the teachers. If necessary, you can provide them with appropriate training.
Step 9
Obtain permission to conduct this business. To do this, prepare a mandatory set of documents (business plan of the children's center, the company's constituent documents, documents for renting a room, a certificate of the suitability of this room for conducting classes with children) and submit them to government agencies to obtain a license for the right to carry out teaching activities.
