All non-working pensioners who live in Russia can count on this social assistance. At the same time, a pensioner must have a total income of no more than the subsistence level for pensioners of the exact region in which he lives.

- retirees are poor;
- are citizens of the Russian Federation.
When will the co-payment be paid?
To receive this additional payment, you must apply to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. After that, the social payment will be assigned from the first day of the next month after the day of application.
But it should be understood that when calculating material security, not only pension, but also all other cash payments (social support) will be taken into account.
