Almost everyone from time to time thinks about the need to increase their income. This can be done as follows: change your job to a higher-paying job, try to get a promotion at an existing job, or find a part-time job.

Most often, the most effective way to increase earnings is to change jobs. But this should be done only by those who have already reached certain heights in their careers, have a good education and extensive experience. The difference in salaries for junior positions in different companies is not always significant (with the exception of some large foreign companies, which have very high requirements for employees).

If you decide that you should change your job, update your resume on job search sites and start looking for jobs that suit you. You should also send your resume to prestigious recruiting agencies. You may find it difficult to combine work and interviews in different places, but many companies meet the candidates halfway and conduct interviews in the evening, after the end of the working day.
Step 3
Those who have not yet decided to change jobs should think about career opportunities and higher earnings within their company. Think about what successful projects you have completed recently, how much you have "grown" recently. Try talking to management about the possibility of your promotion.
Step 4
Be prepared for the fact that even if you deserve a promotion, you may not be met. This can be explained by both the subjective opinion of the management about you, and the difficult period the company is going through. If you are refused, ask to explain what the matter is. If you are the problem, think about how you can fix your mistakes, and come back to the promotion conversation in about six months.

If you are unable to ask for a promotion or change jobs, consider taking a part-time job. You can earn extra money, both by providing the same services as at work (for example, legal), or simply doing what you do well (tutoring, writing texts, etc.). Clients can be found on job search sites for freelancers and through acquaintances. Which method is best depends on the specifics of your activity, but it is best to use both.
