The estimate documentation for any construction or repair facility of the railway is made up of all types of costs, ranging from smaller ones to larger types of work in prices at the time of development of the estimate or in 2001 prices taken as base. The estimate is drawn up for such large types of work as, for example, the repair of railway tracks.
Instructions
Step 1
Determine the amount of work required based on drawings, specifications for individual ready-made structures or individual types of completed sections. Summarize the entire list of things necessary for the implementation of one structural element in a separate section of the estimate.
Step 2
Based on the estimates obtained, draw up local estimates for each type of activity, which in the future combine into a general estimate. The recommended cost components in the estimate for the repair of the railway will include the following costs: - for the work performers (for the repair of the subgrade, artificial structures, laying the track grate, continuous welded track, etc.); - for the suppliers of reinforced concrete products; - for the assembly of the track grate produced by at a certain production base; - for the delivery of rails; - for the operation of various mechanisms - for loading and unloading, track-laying, assembly, and other types of work.
Step 3
In addition, to adjust the estimate, collect documents on the costs of preparing track machines and other mechanisms for repair, relocation of track machine stations, costs of cars used during work for housing, depreciation of own cars, as well as roller platforms, work on their repair in if necessary.
Step 4
Separately calculate the additional labor costs: for the payment of the prescribed allowances for traveling work and for additional vacation days.
Step 5
In the final version, the composition of the change of documentation includes estimates for individual objects and types of repairs or buildings to be performed, local estimates for repairs, uniform prices, calculation of all materials and structures used, transport costs, a list of defects and calculation of additional costs in the implementation of winter work.
