Step 1

You should start preparing documents from your own company. The accountant will issue a certificate of income received 2-NDFL for the current year, if 6 months have passed since the beginning of the year. And additionally for the previous year, if not passed. An employee of the personnel department will take a copy of the work book, indicating on the last page "Works to the present". He will sign with the manager and certify his signature with a seal. Some banks ask to bring a copy of the individual employment contract.

Step 2

It is necessary to make copies of the documents: TIN, passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, insurance pension certificate, diploma, military ID for men and those liable for military service. If you are registered concurrently, you will need a copy of the contract and a certificate of income received 2-NDFL. If in the last year you performed work under a GPC contract, also make a copy of it.

If the applicant's income is insignificant, the bank will require the same copies from co-borrowers and guarantors. If you have property, you need copies of the title deeds. If in the previous period income was received from the sale of a house or a car and the rental of housing, a copy of the 3-NDFL declaration will be required.

Step 4

To clarify the marital and social status, copies of certificates of marriage or divorce from a spouse or a certificate of his death, birth of children are needed. If the borrower is not married / not married, banks are asked to provide this with a notarial confirmation.

Step 5

In some cases, they require copies of all documents confirming the absence of debts for various utilities and other loans outstanding at the time of contacting the bank. Copies of passports of all family members living with a potential borrower may also be required.

Step 6

In the bank itself, it will be necessary to fill out a borrower questionnaire (each bank has its own established form) and consent under Law No. 152-FZ to the processing of personal data.

Step 7

Some banks ask to provide a confirmation letter from the insurance company even before the transaction is completed, stating the intention to insure a potential borrower. But it will be needed after checking the submitted documents of the first stage and the bank's readiness to start working with the borrower. The package of documents is quite large. And if you have already decided on the future real estate, you will need an extract from the Unified State Register for housing and land, DDU and many other documents. But all these troubles will be forgotten when you cross the threshold of your future apartment or your future home.
