Step 1
The Federal Tax Service provides information on legal entities upon request. To do this, you need to contact the local inspections of the Federal Tax Service. However, if you want to save time, and you have Internet access, use a similar service on the official website of the Federal Tax Service. With this service you can find a business very quickly.
Step 2
Having entered the FTS website, pay attention to its right side, which lists useful and convenient services. In this field of the page there are three tabs with a different set of services. Select the first tab, find the service "Check yourself and your counterparty" among the names and follow the corresponding link.
Step 3
Once on the page of information entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, you will see 5 fields available for filling:
• OGRNGRNINN
• Company name
• Company address
• Region
• Date of company registration All fields are optional. Fill in the information about the company that you know, for example, the name and its address, and click "Search".
Step 4
In the table with the search results, you will see all registered legal entities that meet the entered criteria. Scrolling through the table, you can find the company, and by clicking on the corresponding hyperlink, see all the available information about it: date of creation, location, information on amendments to constituent documents, information on registration as policyholders, and others.
