Percentage bonus

This bonus is most often calculated from the total earnings. In the case of a monthly bonus, it is necessary to take into account personnel documents: personnel transfer, planned accruals, changes in wages and planned charges. You need to take into account the calculation base, calculated by the formula: The calculation base is multiplied by the Percentage of the premium. The indicator of the Calculation Base itself is predefined from the beginning.

This indicator will be entered for the employee every month after entering the value automatically. Next, you need to assign a premium in a planned manner. To do this, you can change the salary in the journal "Change in employee pay". Here you can also take into account the tariff, for example, hourly.

  1. First, you need to create an accrual type: "Anniversary bonus";
  2. Open the tab "General" - "Purpose of accrual" - "Other charges and payments" - "Accrual in progress" - "By a separate document";
  3. Then you need to select "Document type": "Award";
  4. In the tab "Calculation and indicators" the accountant indicates the "Type of calculation";
  5. Working with taxes and contributions. In the required tab "Taxes, contributions" you need to reflect the "Income code 4800";
  6. "Type of income" - "Income that is not subject to insurance premiums";
  7. Also indicate that “Not included in labor costs”;
  8. In the "Accounting" tab, note that "Set for accrual;
