Initial program setup
In order for ZUP 3.1 to work effectively on the accrual of various options for premiums, including the premium for the current month, you must first configure it. It should be noted right away that for the “Award” document to be available, you need to create at least a single document in the “Accruals” journal that is identified as “Award” (document type) with the designation “Award for a separate document”.
In addition, during the initial setup of the ZUP 3.1 program, you should use the "Monthly bonus" step at the "Initial program setup" stage. In this case, it is possible to reliably determine whether a bonus was ever accrued, of what type (with a fixed amount or percentage), for what reporting period's earnings. In the same procedure, you should indicate the "Personal income tax code". Then, in the "Accruals" directory, all the settings necessary for calculating the monthly premium will be made.
Bonus accrual for the current month
The bonus for the current month (as a percentage) is calculated from a certain calculation base (most often from wages). To do this, you need to perform the following sequence of actions.
Basic settings.
To carry out this step, you need to make certain settings in the document "Percentage bonus (for the current month) (Accrual)":
- select "Bonus" in the "Purpose of accrual"
- set “Monthly” to “Accrual in progress”.
In this case, it should be understood that the purpose of this bonus provides for the presence of a specific order for the enterprise, providing for personnel changes (transfer, remuneration or planned charges).
Calculation formula.
Percentage Bonus = Calculation Base x Bonus Percentage.
In this case, the calculation base is fully focused on the current month:
- "Calculation of the base" (click the button);
- "Period of base calculation" (put a checkmark in front of "Current month");
- "Selection" - "Payment at the hourly rate".
The bonus percentage is determined additionally, since it is not a predefined indicator. In the window "Prize Percentage (Indicator)" you need to make the settings:
- "Name" - "Percentage of the Prize";
- "Purpose of the indicator" - "For the employee";
- "Used" - "In all months after entering the indicator."
Thus, this type of bonus will be determined by a separate order for personnel and will be charged until the introduction of a subsequent document that will change or terminate the previous order.
The awarding of the award is planned.
In the journal "Change in employee remuneration", use the settings of the document "Change in remuneration". Having filled in the columns by employee, dates and accruals, all the necessary parameters will be entered for the automatic calculation of the document "Calculation of salaries and contributions".
