Step 1
Start learning Spanish. Without this skill, it will be extremely difficult to do business in this country, since there are few people who speak English, and even more so in Russian. Step 2
Come up with a promising business idea. Now is the time to come up with the plan that you are going to implement. First, you must already have some experience in your chosen entrepreneurial field. Secondly, you need to be sure that your plan and idea is right for this particular country.
Step 3
Visit Spain and see if you can organize your business. Look already on the spot what is missing to implement your ideas and ideas. It can be equipment, premises, offices, and raw materials. You should consider beforehand how you will fix these problems.
Step 4
Choose the legal form for your business. For Spain, entrepreneurs most often create a business like Sociedad Limitada, which is similar to Russian CJSCs or LLCs. That is, the firm must have two owners (although there are also monovariants). In this case, shares will be distributed equally or proportionally.
Step 5
Be prepared to invest your share capital. In Spain, it ranges from 3,100 to 10,000,000 euros. The amount in this range should be in your hands at the time of registration of the company with the authorities. After that, it should be sent to the company's account in real money and remain intact (or be spent on the needs of the company).

Get an Alien Identification Number. It can be obtained both in Russia (which is much more difficult) and in Spain (at the Barcelona city commissariat at Pg de San Joan, 189). Please provide a reason for obtaining this document. Tell them that you are planning to do business in Spain. Usually, the procedure for obtaining a number is 10 days.
Step 7
Find a name for your organization. Fill out the application form (along with options for a name for the organization) at the Regional Office of the Commercial Register in Barcelona. Its building is located at Gran Via, 186. Mail all the data to Madrid and in a couple of weeks you will receive an answer as to what name of the company you can keep for yourself.
Step 8
Find a good manager or administrator. This step must be done in accordance with Spanish law. They can be Spanish with a residence permit or EU citizens. Submit your ad in a newspaper or on the Internet. After that, make your own selection of candidates.
Step 9
Open a bank account in your name and deposit the share capital. Do not forget at the end of the procedure to take a certificate from the bank about the presence of this amount on the company's account. Register a company with a notary. After certification and receipt of all relevant documents, you can safely start doing your business in Spain.
