Step 1
The main ingredients for brewing beer are water, hops and malt. All of them must be of high quality - then only the taste of your beer will turn out to be natural and soft.

Prepare the water first. To make it softer, boil the well for at least half an hour, while constantly removing the resulting foam. You can also use spring water. Just take from a spring that does not freeze for the winter. To test the softness of the water, dissolve some soap in a separate bowl. In soft water, the soapy solution will be very abundant and will foam well.
Step 3
Prepare hop cones. Choose those that are larger, dark yellow in color. They should have a spicy pungent odor. Rub the bump with your fingers - if flour appears - lupulin, then this hop is of high quality.
Step 4
Prepare malt in advance. The best time for this is spring or autumn. Malt is made from sprouted grains. Use barley to cook it. Choose large, light yellow grains, uniform in ripeness, heavy and tough. Fill a wooden vat halfway with water. Soak the grain in it after a few days. Fall asleep gradually, stirring constantly. The water should be 25 cm higher than the grain. Let it stand for a while. Remove floating grass seeds, unripe and damaged kernels. Change the water every 12 hours for 3-5 days. The water should become clear and the grain should swell well.
Step 5
Then spread the grain on a flat surface, let it germinate. Do not forget to stir it while doing this. When the bean is germinated, grind it on a coffee grinder.
Step 6
Now take 800 grams of hops, pour 2.5 liters of boiling water, add 800 grams of malt, 100 grams of yeast, previously diluted with two glasses of warm water, 400 grams of sugar. Let it stand for two days. After that, add 2 kg of crushed sweet breadcrumbs, pour 18 liters of prepared boiled water and pour into pots. Close the lids and place in a warm place for another 3 days. Then cool the mixture and drain the infusion. Add 4 tbsp to the remainder. tablespoons of soda, 3 liters of water and again let it brew for a day in a warm place. Drain the infusion. Strain and bottle everything. Seal and let stand for two weeks in a cool place.
