It is necessary

  • - passport;
  • - TIN;
  • - a list of activities in accordance with the OKVED classifier.

Instructions

Step 1

Provide comprehensive support to an individual who contacted you regarding the registration of an individual entrepreneur. Clarify all the nuances of this process by referring to FZ-129 of 08.08.2001 "On the registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs." Ask to prepare the entire package of documents required for submission to the IFTS, namely: - passport; - INN; - list of activities in accordance with the OKVED classifier.

Step 2

If the future entrepreneur has not yet drawn up a TIN, take the application forms from the tax office to obtain this document. Draw up a power of attorney on behalf of the person who applied to you and have it certified by a notary. Fill out the application form, indicating your passport details as a proxy, and ask the client to sign it in confirmation of your authority. Get the TIN and give it to the guarantor.

Step 3

Please note: you may also need a power of attorney to register an individual entrepreneur, if the client wishes you to represent his interests in the tax office. Advise him to first send documents by mail or go to the portal of public services. In case of his refusal, issue a power of attorney immediately for the preparation of all documents - both the TIN and the registration certificate. In addition to it, you will also need certified copies of all client documents.

Step 4

Offer your services to an individual entrepreneur who wants to rent premises for his company. Your task will be to conclude an agreement with the owner or receive a letter of guarantee from him.

Step 5

Depending on what services you have the right to provide to the population (consulting, accompanying, notary, lawyers), you can help an individual entrepreneur at any stage of his business development. So, for example, you can organize support of transactions, representation of his interests in court, notarization of documents.
