Instructions
Step 1
Insert your card into a Sberbank ATM and enter its four-digit pin code. If you did everything correctly, you will see the main menu with a list of options.
Step 2
Select the item in the menu "Payments and transfers", then - "Transfer of funds" in the lower left corner. Transfer of funds through an ATM is supported only from debit or salary cards of Sberbank. This option is not available for credit cards.
Step 3
Enter the recipient's bank card number. Also, at an ATM, you can transfer funds not only by the card number, but also by the bank account to which the card is linked, as well as by the recipient's phone number (provided that he uses the Mobile Bank service). After entering the data of the recipient of the money, click the "Next" button.
Step 4
Specify the amount and currency of the transfer. Check the information you entered and confirm the operation. Usually money is credited within a few minutes.
Step 5
Be sure to bring a receipt with the details of the transaction. It will be required in case of disputable situations (for example, if the money does not reach the recipient).
