Since 2008, every Russian can replenish his personalized account with the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation himself. To do this, you need to join the program of state co-financing of future pensions and make regular payments through Sberbank or from a current account. This opportunity is especially relevant for those who do not have official income or receive part of their salary in an envelope (unfortunately, there is an abundance of such blatant violations of the law by employers in Russia). The program is also open for people with 100% "white" income: there would be desires and financial opportunities.

Instructions
Step 1
First, you need to join the co-financing program. This can be done in two ways. If you are self-employed, one option is to contact your employer. His HR department or accounting department will give you a template for which to write a statement. If you are the first who applied on this issue, they can easily take the necessary papers at the branch of the Pension Fund, where your employer is registered as an insurer. After that, the company will automatically deduct the amount of additional deductions agreed with you from your salary and transfer it to your account with the FIU in addition to the deductions that it makes for you according to the law.
Step 2
Another option available to everyone, including employees, is to apply directly to the territorial office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation at the place of residence. You will need to have a passport and a certificate of state pension insurance with you. The FIU staff will give you an application form to fill out.
Step 3
If you have not worked for hire anywhere, and you do not have a certificate, you will need to start with its registration. To do this, you will have to contact the PFR branch at the place of residence or stay. And if you do not have registration - to the nearest branch at the place of actual location.
Step 4
The Pension Fund will also give you details (and most often - a ready-made receipt where you will need to insert the payment amount, as well as your full name, address and sign), with which you can replenish your retirement account. You can also find them on the website of your regional branch of the Pension Fund.
Step 5
There are no restrictions on the amount and timing of payments: at any time during a calendar year and how much you deem necessary. When you deposit an amount from 2 thousand to 12 thousand rubles (that is, 1 thousand rubles a month) during the year, the state will credit your account with exactly the same amount that you replenished it with during the year.
