Entrepreneurs using the simplified taxation system must annually make fixed payments to the Pension Fund, the Federal Mandatory Health Insurance Fund and the Territorial MHI Fund. These payments are called insurance premiums.

Step 1
An entrepreneur can pay the entire amount of contributions once or in installments: in four installments every quarter. In the second case, the total amount of contributions to each fund is divided by four. Each payment must be made no later than the 25th day of the month following the quarter: April 25th, July 25th and October 25th. The exception is the final payment. The entire amount for the year must be transferred to the funds no later than December 31st.
At his choice, an entrepreneur can use the services of Sberbank to pay insurance premiums or make a transfer from his IP account by payment on paper or through the Bank-client system. No bank fees are charged for making these payments: everything is free.
Step 2
For each method, you need the details of the recipients of the payment. They can be taken from the branches of the respective funds, where they will also clarify the amount of payment for the current year, or on the official websites of the PFR and FFOMS. On the latter, you can find the coordinates of the TFOMS of your region.
The payment order or receipt must also indicate the registration number of the entrepreneur in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, and for payments for compulsory health insurance - in the TFOMI. You can find out these numbers in your territorial office of the corresponding fund.
Step 3
A good helper in paying contributions is the Elba Electronic Accountant service. It is free to generate a receipt or payment order with all the details and the amount to be paid depending on the selected payment schedule (quarterly or once a year). You just need to enter into your account in the system, available after a free and simple registration, registration numbers in the funds. Files can be imported to a computer, including the Bank-client, or printed directly from the site.
Step 4
To make a payment through Sberbank, you will need a receipt for transfers to the budget. This form is slightly different from the standard receipt for household payments. So, if you are going to fill out the receipt yourself, ask specifically for tax payments. Most often they are not publicly available in branches.
If you prefer to pay from your checking account, there are two options. The first one is to contact the bank branch. You can come there with a ready-made payment, certified by a signature and a seal. You can also ask the clerk to form it. He will need the order number, the payment amount, registration numbers to write in the column about the purpose of the payment. We'll have to show him the passport and grab the stamp.
Step 5
There are no particular difficulties when paying through a client-bank. We enter the system, form a payment order, select the necessary options in the interface, seal it with a digital signature and send it to the bank. Then you will have to visit a credit organization with a passport in order to receive a paper payment with its mark - confirmation that a contribution to the fund of your own old age has been made.
