It is necessary

  • - TIN,
  • - copies of the passport,
  • - certificate of income in the form of 2NDFL,
  • - an agreement with an educational institution on payment for education,
  • - a copy of the license of the educational institution with the original seal imprint,
  • - copies of receipts or orders for payment for the services of the educational institution.

Instructions

Step 1

Open an account with a bank or indicate in the declaration your existing bank current account number. It is to this account that the compensation will be transferred. As this account, you can specify the details of the salary card or the card on which the student's scholarship is credited. If for some reason it is impossible to open a bank account, the tax office will offer to receive the amount of compensation from them in the settlement and cash department.

Step 2

Collect documents. Attach all documents required to receive compensation with your tax return. Remember, if a copy is missing in the set of documents, the tax office will return the declaration for revision, indicating the reasons.

Step 3

Contact the tax office at your place of registration. If you have a regular source of income (employment, renting out real estate), you must fill out an individual income tax return at the tax office. If a student does not have a source of income, all these documents are collected in the name of his parent (father or mother), a copy of the student's birth certificate is attached to them. In this case, it is better to conclude an agreement with the educational institution in the name of the parent who submits the data for compensation.

Step 4

Wait for the decision of the tax office. According to the law, with a correctly executed declaration and with a complete set of documents provided, compensation is transferred to the taxpayer's current account within several months (up to six months).

Step 5

Get compensation. To do this, you need to contact the bank to receive the compensation transferred from the tax office or withdraw this amount using ATMs (if the money was transferred to a plastic card).
