Follow the trajectory of the movement of buyers in the sales area. Try to place the most sought-after items in different locations in the store. In this case, the client will have to walk all over the room: in the course of the movement, he will certainly take other products that he did not plan to buy initially.

Periodically arrange sales promotions, attracting a buyer with a very low price for any one product. Its cost should be significantly less than similar products from your competitors. Having come to your store for this particular product, the client will surely choose something else.

Use “atmospheric” displays with related products. This method is especially effective on the eve of holidays or when the seasons change. For example, “set the table” by placing glasses, beautiful dishes on it, and also by arranging products similar in purpose: wine, elite cheeses, sweets, exotic fruits.
