Bank cards are becoming more and more common among Russians, and non-cash payments are replacing cash payments. But sometimes it may be necessary to withdraw cash. Sberbank offers several ways to receive money from a card.

Instructions
Step 1
The most affordable way to get cash from a card is to use an ATM. Sberbank has the most developed ATM network in Russia, so finding a conveniently located machine is not difficult.
Step 2
You can find the nearest Sberbank ATM through the bank's official website (https://www.sberbank.ru/ru/about/today/oib). You can also withdraw money from the card through any third-party ATM, not necessarily owned by Sberbank. However, for such an operation, a commission is charged in accordance with the bank's tariffs.
Step 3
Insert the card face-down into the ATM and enter the pin code. Then press the "Enter" button. If the pin code is correct, you will see the "Main Menu", which lists a list of available operations. Please note that if you enter the wrong password three times, the card will be blocked.
Step 4
You need to find and select the item "Cash withdrawal". A window will open in which you need to select the amount to withdraw money or indicate your option. Please note that the amount must be a multiple of 100 rubles. If there are no hundred-ruble bills in the ATM, it will issue a check stating that a multiple amount has been entered. Then you may need to enter an amount that is a multiple of 500 or 1000 rubles. Click "Next".
Step 5
You can preliminarily find out the balance of your card at the ATM and the available amount for withdrawal. To do this, you need to display the balance on the screen, or print a receipt.
Step 6
The ATM will ask if you need to print a check, which will indicate the balance of money in the account. You just have to pick up your card, money and check from the ATM. It is better to do this as quickly as possible, otherwise after 45 seconds. the card will be seized by the device.
Step 7
If you do not have a Sberbank card in your hands, or you have difficulty using an ATM, then you can use the services of tellers at the bank branch. To withdraw cash without a card, you need to present your passport and indicate the card number or account to which it is linked.
