To return the erroneously transferred funds, contact your servicing bank as soon as possible. If you are far from the branch, call your teller or simply the customer service line (you can find the phone number in the contract).

In the event that the funds did not go to the incorrectly specified account, write a statement addressed to the head or head of the department with a request to revoke the payment order. As a rule, at the bank you can clarify the application form. The person who has the right to sign can sign the document.

In the event that the funds were transferred to the "wrong" current account, send a letter to the address of that legal entity with a request to transfer the amount back. Be sure to attach a copy of the payment order to the document.
