Step 1

You need to have the order for payment of the fine with you. It will contain the details of the recipient organization, they can be both on the title and on the stamp on the back. You need to fill in the name of the recipient of the payment (not the name of the bank, but the recipient body, for example, the UFK in the Tambov region), the INN of the recipient of the payment, the recipient's account number, that is, the current account.

In the column “name of payment” write “penalty”. It is also necessary to fill in the BIK of the recipient bank and its name, indicate its branch, if there is, for example, the GRKTs GU Bank of Russia in the Tambov region, Tambov.

Fill in the name of the payer. The payer is listed in the resolution as "a citizen who has committed an offense." Fill in the address of the "offender's" residence according to registration. Then indicate the amount of payment, put a number and a signature.
