M. Video offers three bonus programs that allow customers to save money when purchasing goods in stores. One of them is for holders of a bonus card, as well as two co-branded credit cards from Alfa-Bank and Cetelem.
What is M. Video bonus program
Members of the M. Video-BONUS program receive bonuses for each purchase. They are credited with each purchase at the rate of 30 rubles = 1 bonus ruble. On a birthday and during special promotions, 2-3 times more bonuses can be credited. Bonuses can be used to pay up to 100% of the purchase price in a retail or online store. The main thing is that the account has at least 500 bonus rubles. After they accumulate, the program member receives an SMS or an e-mail with a message about the activation of the discount.
Bonuses are credited to the program member's card. Any adult citizen of the Russian Federation can get it when making a purchase in M. Video. After receiving the card, you can register on the company's website or at the registration desk. Together with the card, they are given their mini-versions, the so-called "Bonus trinkets". They can be distributed to friends and family and accumulate points together.
Also, within the framework of the M. Video-Bonus program, it is proposed to issue two types of credit cards. These are the regular purchases card M. Video-BONUS - AlfaBank and the card for easy purchases on credit M. Video-BONUS - Cetelem. Bonuses for them are calculated as follows: for every 20 rubles spent in M. Video and for every 60 rubles spent. in other stores - 1 ruble per account.

How to find out the status of the bonus account
You can find out the status of a bonus account in several ways. So, you can go to the M. Bonus website and on the main page select your card for which you want to find out the balance. For M. Video buyer's card, you must click the "Check bonus account" button, then enter the card number, ZIP code, and your date of birth in the window that opens. For M. Video-BONUS - AlfaBank and M. Video-BONUS - Cetelem cards, you must specify the last credit card numbers and date of birth. You can also log in to your personal account on the M. Video website and get all the information you need there.
You can also find out the status of the account by phone by calling the Customer Responsibility Center. Calling numbers: 8 (495) -777-777-5 for Moscow and 8-800-200-777-5 for the regions. Here you can also report incorrect points.
Members of the bonus program also have the opportunity to use the "Virtual Key" service. To do this, you need to send an SMS with an eight-digit card number (without spaces) to 7550. The return SMS will contain the current balance. This option is provided only for bonus cards. It is worth noting that SMS is paid. Its cost varies depending on the telecom operator, but does not exceed 1.77 rubles.
