Step 1
To enter your Sberbank Online personal account, you must become a user of the Sberbank mobile bank service. You can connect it at the office of a credit institution, through an ATM, having a card and PIN, as well as when you first log into Sberbank Online.
Step 2
Go to the login page: https://esk.sbrf.ru. Read the rules for using the Sberbank Online system and precautions when working with bank cards.
Step 3
Enter your user ID and password in the appropriate fields. To receive this data with a connected Sberbank mobile bank, you can use a mobile phone by calling the hotline 8-800-555-55-50 or by sending a message to number 900 with the word "Password". You can also get the necessary data through the ATM (insert your card, enter the PIN-code, select the "Internet service" section, and then "Print ID and password", pick up the printed receipt). If you need or have any difficulties with obtaining an ID and password to log into the Sberbank Online system, you can contact the bank branch.
Step 4
When you enter your user ID and password from Sberbank Online, the system will ask you to confirm your login. A confirmation code will be sent to your mobile phone, which must be entered in the window that appears.
Step 5
If the "Sberbank mobile bank" service has not been activated, and you have received the passwords for entering your Sberbank Online personal account, you can connect both the paid and free versions of the mobile bank when you first visit the system.
