Step 1
If you are still working when your policy expires, please contact your business HR department. Submit your old replacement policy. Within 3-4 days, the employer is obliged to issue you an extended policy.
Step 2
For unemployed citizens, a medical policy is issued at the place of registration at the territorial office of the insurance company. Check with your city's compulsory health insurance fund to find out which company insures the unemployed in your area.
Step 3
Submit your passport with registration, pension insurance certificate and your work book to the company. Fill out an application for renewal or issuance of a new policy. Registration of a medical policy takes place on the day of application.
Step 4
If you are registered with unemployment at the employment service, then the employees of this service are obliged to renew the expired policy. Give them your passport and old policy. You will receive it renewed in a few days.
