Step 1
Use the option of paying child support by deducting it from your monthly salary. This requires the court or the defendant (payee) to send the writ of execution to your employer. The writ of execution indicates the relevant details, frequency and amount of payments. Based on this document, the accounting department at the place of work will make deductions from each employee's salary. In this case, no personal action is required from the payer, but it is important to remember that in the event of a change of residence or place of work, he must be informed within three days of the bailiff who carries out the enforcement proceedings, as well as the person receiving the alimony. From any additional earnings of the payer, alimony is also transferred to the recipient's account according to an agreement with him.
Step 2
Choose an independent method of transferring alimony. You can do this both in cash and non-cash. For example, visit a bank and order a money transfer, specifying the recipient's details and the amount of funds to be transferred. Pay special attention to filling in the "Purpose of payment" field, where you need to indicate the current period for the transfer of alimony and the details of the recipient. Instead of visiting a bank, you can transfer funds through an ATM or electronic payment systems. Be sure to save your printed receipt.
Step 3
Pay the alimony in cash to the recipient. In this case, a receipt document is drawn up indicating the payment period, data of the recipient person and signatures of both parties. The receipt should be filled in in duplicate or a copy should be left in the hands of the payer. In the future, the authorized bailiff may require information about the payments made from both the payer and the recipient of the alimony.
