Step 1
Order a redevelopment project for the premises that you have, or that you rented to equip a gym in it. The project will need to be approved by the city administration, the architecture and urban planning department, as well as the fire inspection and the center for hygiene and epidemiology. The main requirements for a gym room are an area of 100 m2, a powerful ventilation system, an uninterrupted water supply system (without a shower with hot water, you will instantly lose most of your customers).

Decide who will help you in the "recovery" of those who want to strengthen muscles and lose weight. One or two instructors on an hourly basis are not all you need to keep your gym running. At the very least, an administrator is needed, and if he is unable to take over the accounting, then an accountant (possibly a new one) is also needed. You will need to select these specialists in the most careful way, realizing that the fate of your undertaking depends on their actions.
Step 4
Plan a promotion that will bring your gym awareness to its target audience. Chances are, the bulk of your potential customers live nearby - so the first step here should be distributing flyers. Another move justified at this stage is the creation of pillars and banners announcing the opening of the hall; they must also be placed not far from the institution itself.
