Step 1
Find out the Sberbank account number to which the card is linked. You will also need other details, already the bank itself - a correspondent account and BIC.
Step 2
Make a translation without leaving your home. To do this, you must be connected to the Telebank or Bank-Client Online system created by VTB24. They are added to your client package after contacting a bank branch, signing an appropriate agreement and, in some cases, obtaining an electronic signature. After gaining access to one of these systems, go to the VTB24 website - https://www.vtb24.ru/ in the appropriate Telebank section, enter your username and password, and then complete the money transfer from one account to another. It usually takes a working day, but it can be up to three days. To protect your funds, use only a computer that has been checked and protected by antivirus.
Step 3
If you do not have an online payment support system and do not want to issue one, make a transfer through a bank branch. To do this, come to one of the VTB24 offices and contact a bank employee. He will issue you a payment order for a money transfer and, if necessary, will direct you to the cashier if your account does not have enough funds. Take one copy of your receipt with you to make sure you have proof of the money transfer in case of anything.
Step 4
After a period of one to three working days, the money will be on the account with Sberbank. The owner of the card linked to him will be able to dispose of the money received.
