Many people need to load reporting in 1C. Since working with the programs is rather complicated and responsible, you should not make mistakes and shortcomings when loading reports. Contact the technical service of the 1C company or use the step-by-step instructions.
Instructions
Step 1
To set up reporting in 1C Enterprise 7.7, first go into 1C Enterprise mode. From the top headings select "Reports" and click "Regulated". The "Regulated Reports" window will open. Select "Download" from the suggested actions.
Step 2
This will open the "Select a file to update reports" window. Here specify the folder where they are stored. If the reporting is recorded on a flash card, type in this window the location of the files with reporting on your flash drive. From the same open window, go to this folder.
Step 3
Select one of the files that will appear on the screen by double-clicking the left mouse button, and the remaining files will be selected automatically. You will see a complete list of the reports being updated, marked with checkmarks. Select "OK" from the suggested actions. Next, the process of downloading reports will start. When the process is complete, close all windows. Your reporting will be uploaded to 1C.
Step 4
To download reports generated by other programs, use the SBiC ++ Electronic Reporting system. First, you need to put the report, which is generated in an external program and saved in an external file, to your system. To do this, open the SBiS ++ Electronic Reporting system.
Step 5
On the right side of the program's desktop, click "Download from other programs." In the window that opens, select the required report file. During loading into the information base, the completion of the reports is checked, as well as the compliance of the data with the established requirements of the electronic format approved by the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation. If there are inconsistencies, the system will issue a warning.
Step 6
All reports you have uploaded will be automatically saved in the register of reporting forms of a specific taxpayer organization, for which you generate reports using the system at the moment of work.
