Information and legal system ConsultantPlus, which is often called simply "Consultant", offers its users several basic modes of working with documents. At the same time, most of these modes allow you not only to access the required regulatory act online, but also download it to your computer.
Access to the most popular documents online
If a user, using one of the search engines or a search form on the site of the system, the Consultant requests one of the documents included in the category of the most popular, he can access it online. This means that the user will be redirected to a page with the content of a law or other regulatory legal act, which, in turn, is interactive: when clicking on the required section, a transition is made to the page containing the corresponding text. Among the documents placed in the category of the most popular, there are most of the codes in force on the territory of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Russian Federation and some other popular laws, for example, the law on consumer protection.
In order to download a document from this section, you need to go to its table of contents. In this case, at the top of the page, to the right of the name of the law, typed in capital letters, you will see a link “Download document”, where the specific normative legal act proposed for downloading is indicated. To understand that you are in this particular section, pay attention to the page address located in the address bar: if the document is accessed through the database, the page address will start with https://base.consultant.ru. In this situation, to download, you need to find an icon with a floppy disk in the upper left corner of the page. A simple click on it will bring up the same menu as in the online access section: you will be prompted to open or save this document in the folder where files are saved in accordance with the settings of your computer. In addition, by clicking on the arrow to the right of the floppy disk, you can choose the format in which it will be more convenient for you to save this document. In particular, the system offers options such as saving the document in RTF, HTML, PDF and others.
