Next, start preparing your documents. The seller must have a certificate of ownership of the land plot, as well as a document on the basis of which this right was obtained. These include contracts of sale or donation, a resolution of the head of the district, the right to inheritance.

Then invite a surveyor who will determine the boundaries of the site, draw up a plan, form a land survey. Provide the surveyor with the following documents: - a copy of the land certificate, certified by a notary;

- a copy of the resolution, a copy of the purchase and sale or donation agreement, certified by a notary;

- a copy of the master plan certified by the seal and signature of the chairman of the gardening partnership, which he himself will give you;

- if there is a registered building on the site, provide the technical passport of the BTI;

- certified by the seal and signature of the chairman of the gardening partnership or the administration of the rural district, the act of coordinating the borders with adjacent land users. This form can be obtained from any company that provides services for the conduct of land management work.

After that, transfer the land survey to the district land committee, where the documents will first be checked for authenticity, the absence of errors and inaccuracies. Then transfer them to the Cadastral Chamber to enter information about the property in the Unified State Land Cadastre. A cadastral number will be assigned to the land plot there. Now you can carry out the purchase of land shares under a sale and purchase agreement.
