The amount of the allowance for students or non-working mothers in 2011 is 2,194.33 rubles for the first child. This is the minimum benefit amount. For the second and subsequent child, the amount of the allowance is 4388.67 rubles.
The maximum monthly allowance for caring for a child under 1.5 years old is 13825.75 rubles.
Step 2
Calculate the amount of accruals for two calendar years worked before the onset of maternity leave.
Step 3
Add these sums up and divide by 730. This is your average daily earnings.
Step 4
Multiply the average daily earnings by a factor of 30, 4. This is the average monthly earnings.
Step 5
Now you need to find 40% of the average monthly earnings. This total is the monthly benefit amount.
