Since 2011, the calculation of benefits for the care of a child up to one and a half years has been changed. Under the new rules, the allowance is calculated from the average earnings for 24 months. So far, women have been allowed to choose any two years to calculate. The allowance is 40% of the average earnings and is paid monthly.

Instructions

Step 1

A woman can receive benefits from all employers in enterprises that she worked before the billing period. The maximum amount of payments cannot be higher than 13,825, 80 rubles for one month and below 2194, 34 rubles for caring for the first child up to one and a half years and 4388, 67 rubles for caring for the second child and subsequent children.

Step 2

To calculate the average earnings, it is necessary to add up all the cash payments that the woman received for the selected billing period, except for social benefits, that is, only those payments from which income tax was withheld. The resulting number is divided by the number of calendar days in 24 months, that is, by 730. The resulting figure is multiplied by the average number of calendar days in a month - by 30, 4 and 40%. This will be the amount of the allowance that a woman will receive on a monthly basis for caring for a child up to one and a half years.

Step 3

When two or more children are born, the amount of the allowance is doubled, but cannot exceed the above maximum mark.

Step 4

If a woman has no experience of 24 months, then the calculation should be made from the money actually earned, from which income tax was withheld. Divide by actually worked calendar days in the billing period, multiply by 30, 4 and multiply by 40%. If the number received is less than the minimum amount of the benefit, then the minimum amount of the benefit must be paid, which is calculated based on the minimum wage.

Step 5

The same calculation rules should be applied if a woman earned too little and the calculated allowance is less than the required minimum.

Step 6

If a woman has two or more children, then the allowance cannot be less than 6583.01 rubles. If a lower number is obtained from the salary calculation, then the minimum amount should be paid.
