Instructions

Step 1

Maternity leave is paid depending on the complexity of the course of childbirth and the number of children born or born. In case of singleton pregnancy and normal labor, 70 days before delivery and 70 days after delivery are paid. In case of complicated childbirth, 16 days are paid in a separate amount after childbirth. When carrying two or more children, 86 days before delivery and 110 days after delivery are paid. If multiple pregnancies are detected during childbirth and the woman was paid only 140 days of maternity leave, then after childbirth, 56 days are paid in a separate amount.

Step 2

To calculate the maternity allowance, add up all the amounts earned for the 24 months for which the income tax was calculated and paid and divide by 730. The resulting number is multiplied by the number of days of sick leave for maternity. The funds received from social benefits during the billing period are not included in the total amount of the calculation.

Step 3

A woman can receive a maternity allowance from all employers at enterprises that she worked during the billing period, but the amount for calculating the benefit cannot exceed 465,000 rubles for 365 days of the billing period.

Step 4

If, when calculating maternity benefits, the average daily amount turned out to be less than the average daily (based on the minimum wage), then the amount calculated with the minimum wage should be paid. This applies to those women who worked little or earned little.

Step 5

it is calculated in the same way as the maternity allowance, but it is not 100% of the average earnings, but 40%.

Step 6

For the calculation, the calculated average daily average earnings, the calculation of which is described above, should be multiplied by the average daily number of days in a month, that is, by 30, 4. The resulting figure should be multiplied by 40% - this will be the monthly childcare allowance for up to one and a half years.

Step 7

When caring for a second child or two children, the amount is doubled. The maximum allowance is 13,825, 80 rubles, regardless of the number of children, the minimum amount cannot be lower than 2,194, 34 rubles for one and 4388, 67 for caring for a second child or two or more children. To these amounts should be added the regional coefficient, which is paid in some regions.

Step 8

The lump-sum allowance for early registration for pregnancy is paid once, and its amount periodically changes depending on the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
