Step 1
Before making a money transfer through the post office, go to the official website of the Russian Post and familiarize yourself with all the types of transfers offered.

The first provides for the delivery of funds within a week, provided that the amount does not exceed 100 thousand rubles. If you send more than 100 thousand rubles, the delivery time is increased by 2 days and is 9 days. Transfer of money through the Forsage system provides for urgent delivery of money to the recipient within 1 hour.
Step 3
When transferring funds to countries of near and far abroad, use the services of the CyberMoney systems (for individuals) and Western Union (for legal entities).

If you do not know the nearest post office to your place of residence or work, go to the Russian Post website and turn on automatic database search. To find out the location of the post office, enter your home address or work address. This will start a service area search, which will give you the location of the post office serving your address. There you can also find out its opening hours and contact numbers.
Step 5
Come to the post office and select the window where money transfers are made. Pick up the transfer form from the operator and fill it out following the instructions in the sample form. Then give the completed form, passport and transfer amount to the operator at the cashier. Pay the shipping cost. In order to avoid any misunderstandings with your funds, keep the check until the person to whom you transferred the money receives the money.
