Postal order is the oldest and most well-known method of sending money. Russian Post offers various options for making such transfers (Cyberdengi, Western Union).

Step 1
Check out the current tariffs and possible methods of transferring funds on the official website or in the nearest branch of the Russian Post. Find the method that suits you best.
Step 2
Check with the recipient of the funds for their details. For example, for individuals, you need a full name and an exact address with a zip code. In this case, it is allowed to send a transfer to a post office box and on demand. But for a successful transfer of funds to a legal entity, you need to find out: the exact name of the company, its bank details (correspondent account, TIN, name and BIC of its bank, current account), actual address.
Step 3
Go to the nearest post office. Take your passport or other identity document and money with you. At the mail, take the form for electronic translation of the form 112ef.
Step 4
Fill in the front of the form according to the sample. Write clearly, legibly, and without blots. The reverse side does not need to be filled in, it is intended for the recipient.
Step 5
Write down the transfer amount in numbers - in the top line, and decipher it below (indicate in full). Then fill in the full name of the recipient (or the name of the company). Be sure to include your sweat index. You can find it out using the Russian Post website or from the post office staff.
Step 6
Enter your details: home address, full name, passport data. Without this information, it will be impossible to transfer funds. Note the purpose of the transfer. For example: “For personal needs” or “For loan repayment”. Next, put your signature and decryption.
Step 7
You can add a written message to this translation, which should be no more than 70 characters long. You can also order the delivery of this transfer directly to the recipient's home. At the same time, if you want to send a transfer with a special notification of its delivery, you must fill out the notification form.
