Start your furniture production by cutting dry sawn timber into pieces, as well as machining these pieces. After processing, the timber blanks acquire the required dimensions. Treat furniture boards, wood-based boards, glued, bent and extruded wood in the same way.

After the parts take the desired shape and correspond to the desired size, carry out the finishing work - the desired relief is cut into the slabs using a cutter, and all parts are covered with paints and varnishes.

When each specific part is ready, the parts must be assembled into nodes, and the nodes from the parts must be assembled in a certain sequence into the piece of furniture itself. In large factories, the assembly of furniture is automated - for this purpose, special assembly conveyors are used.
Step 5
After assembly, furniture fittings are mounted on the product, doors are hung with the help of the fittings, and a frame is formed. Make holes for screws and fastening brackets in the back of the product. After the furniture doors are hinged, they must be adjusted using assembly slipways.
