When a woman goes on maternity leave, she is entitled to a maternity allowance. To obtain it, you must write an application and submit to the employer a pregnancy and childbirth sheet, which must be given to her in the antenatal clinic upon reaching the seven-month gestation period.
It is necessary
- - documents of the employee;
- - certificate of incapacity for work due to pregnancy and childbirth;
- - documents of the enterprise;
- - seal of the organization;
- - forms of relevant documents;
- - birth certificate of the child;
- - payroll per employee;
- - certificate from the place of work of the second parent about non-receipt of benefits.
Instructions
Step 1
If an employee who was issued a certificate of incapacity for work due to pregnancy and childbirth works, she should submit this document to the accounting department of the enterprise, where it is registered. The employee also needs to write an application for maternity leave. Cash in this case is calculated based on the size of the average daily earnings. The calculation includes seventy days before the expected date of birth, the same amount after them if the woman has one child. If the employee is expected to have two or more children, then their total number increases to one hundred and ninety-four: 84 before and, accordingly, 110 after.
Step 2
If a woman is unemployed, she should come to the social protection authorities and submit a certificate of incapacity for work due to pregnancy and childbirth to this service. The calculation of a non-working expectant mother is carried out in accordance with the minimum wage established in a particular region.
Step 3
After the birth of a child, a woman is entitled to a one-time payment, which is 11,703 rubles since 2011. Its size does not depend on whether the mother worked before the baby was born or not. If the employee is working, then she should write a statement with a request to issue her a one-time benefit, provide the employer with a child's birth certificate, as well as a certificate from the place of work of the second parent stating that such a payment was not accrued or issued to him. If a woman is a single mother, then she does not need to present the last document. An application for such a payment must be written within six months from the date of birth of the child.
Step 4
If a woman did not work before the birth of the child, then she should submit the relevant documents to the social protection body at the place of residence. The lump sum will be transferred to her checking account.
