Step 1
If an employee from the same organization applies for a vacant job, he needs to write an application for transfer. It is written in the name of the first person of the company. The head of the application indicates the position of the head, his surname and initials, as well as the abbreviated name of the enterprise in accordance with the constituent documents. Then the position of the applicant, which he currently holds, is written, his last name, first name and patronymic.

After the title of the document, which is located in the center of the sheet, the employee enters the content of the application, in which he expresses his request to transfer him to this position, which is vacant from a certain date.

In the lower right corner of the application, the employee puts his signature and the date of writing the application.

The head of the structural unit in which the vacant position appeared, writes a memo to the director, in which he asks to transfer this employee to the vacant position and justifies this transfer. Indicates the surname, name, patronymic of the specialist, his professional achievements, educational status.
Step 5
The application for the transfer and the memorandum are sent to the director of the enterprise for a resolution. Then an agreement is concluded with the employee to the employment contract, where changes in job duties and employee rights are entered. The document is signed bilaterally.

If an employee from another organization applies for a vacant position, he must receive a written notification from the enterprise about the possibility of transfer. From the company where he works at the moment, he needs to quit by writing a letter of resignation in connection with the transfer to another company.

The new employer enters into an employment contract with the employee on the basis of an application for employment. The contract excludes the clause on the establishment of a probationary period. Thus, a citizen is accepted for a new job on a general basis, as prescribed in the labor code.
