Bring in two sales assistants to your store with experience and the consistently positive mood you need to create a semi-festive bridal salon atmosphere. In principle, any seller with more or less high-level experience in a clothing store can be retrained as a seller of wedding dresses. It will be more difficult to find a dressmaker who does her job skillfully, but after a long search, you should still have several candidates for this position.
Step 4
Find a way to attract visitors to your store and win customers off from numerous competitors. There are many ways to do this - from the brilliant reputation of your dressmaker to, for example, such bonuses as a wedding cake in addition to a dress bought or ordered from you. You need to focus on your competitive advantages in all types of advertising - printed leaflets and advertisements in print media, on your own business card website, on pillars and signboards.
