Step 1
First, you need to find the right space. It doesn't have to be a large, full-fledged store; you can use a small shopping pavilion for your purposes. However, anyhow, it will not work either. Since you are going to sell a fire hazardous product, a number of requirements will be imposed on your premises by the regulatory authorities.
Step 2
Your point of sale should be a room that, under no circumstances, will be exposed to precipitation and direct sunlight. This item is spelled out in the requirements for fire safety of retail premises. In general, your main task is to prevent spontaneous activation of pyrotechnics. If you plan to open a store in a building with 2 or more floors, your outlet should be located on the upper floors. In addition, be sure to check that there are no emergency exits near you.

As for the storage requirements for your products, they are as follows. 25 square meters of your store or warehouse cannot contain more than 100 kg of pyrotechnics. Temporary storage of the rejected product must be carried out separately from other goods. Storing pyrotechnics and any other items together is strictly prohibited.

Next, equip your store with special tools and perform the necessary work, which you will be checked during the next raid of certain services. These are security and fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire extinguishing means, elimination of potentially combustible materials (plastic, etc.) from the decoration of the premises. Do not forget to create a Buyer's Corner, where visitors to your store can find all the information they need about you and your product.

Don't forget about details such as a cash register, terminal or ATM machine, and a video device for presenting what your fireworks are capable of. Choose films for showing so that the quality is the best.

After you have carefully prepared everything, find suppliers for yourself, conclude appropriate agreements with them. So that you do not have any problems with the regulatory authorities (and they will have special attention to you, taking into account the specifics of the direction you have chosen), choose only trusted people as your partners.

Now you just have to receive a certificate for your products, and you can start selling.
