Gather a database of suppliers of spare parts and components for those types of household appliances that you will be repairing. Try to have access to several suppliers of parts of the same profile at once - you should not have any interruptions in obtaining the necessary components, otherwise it will be difficult to compete with other nearby workshops. One of the factors that are very important for clients is the speed at which you complete an order for the repair of one or another type of equipment.
Step 4
Find one or two specialists among your friends who could form a team of craftsmen and help you fulfill incoming orders. It is best for the workshop to be represented by masters specializing in different areas (audio and video equipment, refrigerators, irons and other electrical appliances, etc.). To receive orders by phone, you can use one of your female relatives (so that the craftsmen do not have to constantly be distracted by working with clients themselves).
