The procedure for state registration of an individual entrepreneur in Moscow does not differ from other subjects of the Federation. The only caveat is that Muscovites must submit documents not to the tax office serving their registration address, but to MIFNS-46 in Moscow.

It is necessary

  • - application for state registration of individual entrepreneurs;
  • - passport;
  • - notarial services;
  • - receipt of payment of state duty.

Instructions

Step 1

You can find the application form for registration of an individual entrepreneur on the Internet. And in practice, this is a more realistic way to get it than trying to do it directly in the tax office. The IFTS-46 has an electronic queue system, and in its subdivision dealing with the registration of individual entrepreneurs, only documents are accepted, but application forms are not issued. They are not in the public domain and in the common room.

Step 2

Filling out the application is not particularly difficult. Sections that are not related to you (for example, for minors and foreigners, if you are a citizen of the Russian Federation aged 18 and over) do not need to be filled out.

You should not write anything in the sections intended to be filled in by a notary and tax officials.

Step 3

Only the section dedicated to OKVED codes deserves special attention. It should be filled out on the basis of the current OKVED code directory, which is easy to find on the Internet.

There is no limit on the number of codes. The fact that the place for them is limited should not be embarrassing. It is enough to make the required number of copies of this page. Just do not forget to take them into account in the numbering.

It is better to indicate at once as many codes as possible, based on what you know how, what you plan to do, what your business can develop in the future.

First, indicate the code of the type of activity that you plan to make the main one.

Step 4

Print out the completed application and visit a notary. In his presence, sign the document, and he will certify your signature.

You will need a passport and money to visit a notary. The average price of this service in Moscow is about 1,000 rubles.

Step 5

Staple the application sheets together. In the place of binding on the back, stick a piece of paper indicating the number of sheets, date and your signature. You can also take self-adhesive paper for this in IFTS-46, attach it to the application and fill it out right on the spot.

Step 6

Pay the state fee. You can check its size and details for payment in your tax office, on the website of the Federal Tax Service in Moscow. It is also available to everyone to fill out a receipt on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia (service "Fill in a payment order"). As the recipient of the payment, indicate not your district tax office, but MIFNS-46.

Save the receipt to your computer, print it and pay at the nearest Sberbank branch.

Step 7

Take the finished package of documents to the MIFNS-46, take the electronic queue and wait until your number appears on the board.

If you wish to switch to a simplified system, along with your registration application, submit a request to transfer you to the simplified tax system. The form of this document can be taken from the MIFNS-46 and filled out on the spot.

If everything is in order, in five working days you will visit MIFNS-46 again. There you will be given a certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur and an extract from the USRIP.
