A business card is an indispensable attribute of a business person. On it you can learn a lot about a partner, his social status. But in order not to get into a mess when ordering business cards, you need to at least roughly imagine how they should look.
Instructions
Step 1
When choosing business cards, you need to pay special attention to high print quality. As a rule, business cards are made in standard sizes, on thick paper, usually white. There are three main methods of making them: offset, digital printing and hot stamping.
Step 2
Offset business cards are considered ideal for executives. Such cards are distinguished by the clarity of the image and text, they never get dirty or erased. Also, due to their high quality, they have a long service life.
Step 3
Digital printing of business cards has a significant advantage over offset, since it is considered the least expensive. The price category of such cards allows you to make a large order. Moreover, the image on them is of sufficient quality, and sometimes it is difficult to distinguish them from offset.
Step 4
The method of making business cards by hot stamping has been known for a long time. This technology is based on the use of a press. In this case, a special tape with a metal coating is used, from which a trace remains on the paper. Although such business cards are very unusual and original, they have one big drawback - over time, the image and information are easily erased from the paper.
Step 5
The rules for the design of business cards must be strictly followed. The background of the card is usually white and the text is black. The inscription is located across, all kinds of frames and curls should be absent. The cards are made in a rectangular shape with a size of 50 by 90 mm. If a woman orders a business card, then the size should be chosen 40 to 80.
Step 6
The font is also important. In order for anyone to be able to make out what is written, you should choose the classic style. Typically, the information includes first name, last name, patronymic, title and contact information.
