It is not easy to open a summer camp for the first time; it is difficult to choose from among a large number of opportunities the type of recreation that will satisfy all children. Step 1
Sign an agreement with an agricultural organization that is ready to accept schoolchildren, provide them with work and, of course, pay for this work. Make sure the contract stipulates that squad members are subject to applicable labor and social security laws. Set a work week to no more than 6 working days. Fix the amount of work for the entire period, indicate the existing norms and prices. Indicate that 3 days before the completion of the work, the management of the farm is obliged to prepare the final calculation and make it completely before the day of departure.
Step 2
Complete, sign, and submit an application to the county or department to fund your summer camp. Indicate the location of the camp and make an estimate of the costs.
Step 3
From everyone who wants to go to the camp, collect the statements that are needed so that the guys are aware of their choice. In the application, everyone undertakes to comply with the established work standards, strictly observe discipline, and actively participate in the life of the camp. Parents must sign the applications and leave their phone numbers.
Step 4
Give everyone a list of things to take with you. Remind me of two types of work clothes: lightweight (in two sets) and warm, which also includes rain protection. Add mittens and gloves as a separate item. Mention every little thing a child should have, down to the toothbrush, rubber boots. If necessary, parents should give the caregiver the medications their child is using. You should take food, dry foods, tea, sugar. Eliminate canned food as a separate item!
Step 5
Take care of your tickets in advance. Apply for a collective seat reservation with your rail passenger service agency.
Step 6
Complete the crews before leaving. Select the headquarters upon arrival. Focus on planning the afternoon, after the quiet hour, when the teams will rest after working in the field. It is these events that they will remember and want to repeat next year with you.
