Making a payment order is an integral part of using a bank account for business. Only through this document you can pay taxes, settle with a supplier or counterparty, transfer money to a personal current account, etc. It is most convenient to use a client bank for this, which allows you to carry out all the formalities right in the office or at home without visiting the bank.

It is necessary

  • - a computer;
  • - access to the Internet;
  • - Bank-client;
  • - access keys to the system;
  • - details of the payee.

Instructions

Step 1

Log in to the Client Bank. To do this, insert a disk or flash drive with keys into your computer, open the Bank-client page on the Internet, enter the login and, if necessary, the password received from the bank.

Step 2

Go to the page for working with payment orders after successful authorization in the system. If the command to generate a new payment order is available from the start page of the Bank-client, immediately use it.

Step 3

Click on the button for creating a new payment order. After that, a document template will open in front of you, in which you will need to enter information in the appropriate fields.

Step 4

Assign a payment order number. If you make all payments through the Bank-client, open the list of all payments in a new window, look at the number of the last one and assign one more to the generated document. If only a part of payment orders is reflected in the system, it is necessary to maintain a single list of them, indicating the number of each, which will allow not to get confused in the numbering. If this is your case, follow the list.

Step 5

Enter information in the fields for the payment amount and its purpose. Select the most appropriate value from the payment sequence drop-down menu.

Step 6

When filling in the fields for the details of the beneficiary, enter first of all his name, current account number, name and BIK of the bank. The system will most often select all other values by itself according to the BIC using the reference book. If for some reason this does not happen, fill in everything manually. At the same time, it is optimal to use a file with the recipient's details, from where to copy the information, or the page with the details on the website of his bank.

Step 7

Save your payment. On the page for working with payment orders that opens after that, mark it with a tick in the list and select the command for signing the document and transferring it to the bank. If this option is available directly from an open document, you can use it right away. The payment will be processed on the same day or the next working day, but on condition that the balance on your account covers the amount of the payment and the bank's commission for wire transfer of funds.
