It is necessary

  • - a contract for the sale or lease of a building;
  • - building permit;
  • - license;
  • - staff;
  • - recreation program.

Instructions

Step 1

Decide whether you will be building a holiday home from scratch or buying a ready-made infrastructure facility. Remember that location does not always play a decisive role in Russian pricing policy. Therefore, for example, in the Moscow region, some of the existing sanatoriums may cost more than similar ones near Sochi, or cheaper than near St. Petersburg.

Step 2

Choose the most favorable place to stay. According to experts in recreational geography, it should be located at the junction of three types of landscapes - plain, water and dissected (hilly, mountainous). It turns out that the ideal place is the foothills on the river bank. Vacationers will be able to swim, and walk along the plain, and admire the mountains.

Step 3

Purchase a piece of land if you plan to build a holiday home from scratch. The owner of the site must provide you with documents of title and a certificate of ownership of it, as well as a cadastral passport. If all the papers are in order, fill out a sales contract and give the deposit to the owner. The contract must contain the details of the parties and basic information about the site (location, land category, cadastral number, area, type of use and declared value).

Step 4

Enter into a lease with the owner if you want to occupy an already equipped building. Register an act of acceptance and transfer or a sale and purchase transaction with the tax authorities and the Federal Registration Service. Papers and land contracts, as well as identity documents (yours and the previous owner of the land), transfer to the Unified Information Clearing Center (EIRTS) or the Office of the Federal Registration Service (FRS). Within a month, the title to the land will be officially transferred to you.

Step 5

Get a building permit if you need one. It is issued by local government and municipal bodies. You need to submit documents such as an application, a copy of the land ownership certificate, a cadastral plan of the site and a project of a house and neighboring buildings in duplicate with a connection diagram to utilities. The permit must be signed by the chief architect of the district (city) and approved by the head of the district, city or other municipality.

Step 6

Register a company. Submit to the licensing authority at the place of residence the necessary constituent documents, which include a diploma, a certificate of primary specialization, certificates of conformity. You will also need a copy of a work record book and a certificate of work experience in the medical field. This is a must if you are planning to carry out medical procedures. Preparation of a license usually does not take more than 30 business days.

Step 7

Equip the premises of the boarding house in accordance with the sanitary norms and rules of SanPiN 2.2.4.548-96. Pay special attention to the food block. It must comply with the requirements for sanitary maintenance and food preparation, which are specified in the current sanitary rules for catering establishments.

Step 8

Hire staff. Depending on the type of facility, you may need both engineering and healthcare professionals. In the spa business, the services of an endocrinologist, cardiologist, otolaryngologist, gynecologist and even a surgeon are highly valued. All employees must have higher or secondary specialized education that meets the requirements and types of services provided, and work experience of at least 5 years.

Step 9

Calculate the number of days in each arrival for vacationers and make a program for the duration of their stay. Post it on the website of your institution on the Internet. The program should have a specific purpose, especially when opening a sanatorium. Clients must be provided with appropriate medical examination and treatment. If vacationers are satisfied with the service provided, they will quickly spread information about your institution.
