A beginner holiday agency can try itself in different directions until it decides on the most promising and profitable one. Therefore, when choosing a name, it is undesirable to concentrate on a narrow segment of the served customers. It is better to reflect the general festive atmosphere, and as experience and customer base expand, open a second agency with a name for a specific profile.
Instructions
Step 1
Make a list of words associated with the holiday. Close your eyes and imagine the right atmosphere: brightness, sparkle, fireworks, cake, flight, freedom, dream, joy, smiles, jokes, ribbons, etc.
Step 2
Sort the list by importance. Write the most exciting first.
Step 3
Leave the first seven words on the list, delete the rest.
Step 4
Write each word on a separate card.
Step 5
Spread the cards out on the floor so they are as far apart as possible. If the room is small, some can be placed on chairs, armchairs and sofas.
Step 6
Step on the first card. For example, the word "shine" is written on it. Tell us why this word is associated with the holiday. Describe emotions, appropriate setting. Use a voice recorder to avoid losing a single thought. Speak until you have expressed all the ideas.
Step 7
Repeat step 6 for the rest of the cards.
Step 8
On the back of each card, write a short summary of the key messages you recorded on the recorder.
Step 9
Use the prepared materials to generate possible agency names.
Step 10
If you have like-minded people, coworkers, or family members who can help, ask them to go through the first nine steps. Let them do it regardless of your opinion: do not interfere in the process and do not prompt anything.
Step 11
Conduct a brainstorming session where everyone will vote for the best names they come up with. You will have enough options to make the final decision.
