The main difficulties are associated with the registration of the garden and its licensing. Study the legal framework as closely as possible. It is good if your organization is supported by professional lawyers. Remember that educational service providers are subject to strict government scrutiny.

Calculate the amount of payment for the stay of children in your institution. It will inevitably be higher than the pay in municipal kindergartens. It should recoup your investment in the implementation of the workflow, the cost of catering, safety, child development, staff salaries. But the parents' expenses will be justified by an individual approach to children, the quality of development, a better selection of personnel with whom the child will spend time, in comparison with a regular kindergarten.
