Every able-bodied citizen must have gone through the dismissal procedure. Dismissal is a painstaking process aimed at ending the relationship between the employee (specialist) and the employer. During this period of time, the employer is obliged to make the final settlement with his now former subordinate.

Staffing table, vacation schedule, calculator, data on paid wages for the last year
Instructions
Step 1
Calculate the employee's salary for the last period worked. The employer must pay the salary for the actually worked interval of time from the date of the last salary until the moment of dismissal. It is necessary to take into account the days off, sick leave, days off, absences and other days (shifts) in which the employee (specialist) did not appear at the workplace.
Step 2
Determine the amount of compensation for the dismissed employee. The employer needs to calculate the amount of compensation for unused due time off and leave. To calculate this parameter, the employee's experience, and the number of unused, but due vacation days, and the number of days (shifts) worked per year are taken into account.
Step 3
Calculate an employee's severance pay - An employer must pay additional severance pay as required by law. When an enterprise is liquidated or when the organization is downsized, the employer provides the payment of severance pay in the amount of the average monthly earnings. The severance pay must be paid regardless of the terms of employment of the dismissed employee.
Step 4
Calculate the employee's average monthly earnings. In addition, the employer needs to pay an amount equal to the average monthly earnings for the next two months after dismissal or until the moment of official employment.
Step 5
Add up all the amounts received. All payments must be made within the time frame established by law, and in particular the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the employment contract concluded with the employee. The timing of the settlement with the dismissed employee is spelled out in detail in Article 140 of the Labor Code of Russia, and the amount of severance and other benefits is regulated by Article 178 of the Labor Code of Russia. Payments can be made all at once or in separate parts according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
