However, until now, anyone who wants to carry out construction work by registering a legal entity faces many formal difficulties. Still, it is quite possible to open a legal business in construction today.
It is necessary
- -masters of different profiles to complete the staff of the brigade (at least four);
- - membership in a self-regulatory organization;

Step 1
Gather a team of craftsmen that meets the requirements that self-regulating construction organizations impose on repair and construction teams. You need to find at least one carpenter, one electrician, one plumber, and one plasterer. This is the minimum permissible composition of the brigade, while among the workers there must be specialists with a higher education in construction, experience in construction is required for everyone.
Step 2
Submit to the self-regulatory organization all documents required to join it and obtain a construction permit (replacing compulsory licensing). Among them - a certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur (or legal entity), a passport of an individual entrepreneur (or the charter of an organization), copies of diplomas of all masters who are in the brigade, as well as a diploma of a director of a company, who must also have a higher education in construction.
Step 3
Start developing a promotion strategy for your newly formed construction firm. This task is brought to the fore, since the competition in the construction business is truly enormous. The result will come to you only when grateful customers start telling all their friends and acquaintances about you, but for this you need to somehow prove yourself - only advertising will help to do this.
Step 4
Spend some amount on creating your own website for your team - the budget for promotion in the construction industry is large, but this money should not be wasted. Advertising in print media will not bring much effect - too many such firms already offer their services on their pages. It would be better to distribute leaflets near new buildings that have begun to be settled, place your ads near newly commissioned houses.
