It is necessary

  • - full name of the buying organization;
  • - payment details of the buyer's bank;
  • - payment details of your bank.

Instructions

Step 1

In order to issue an invoice, you need to know the details of the buying organization, its full name, address, TIN / KPP.

Step 2

When filling out the invoice, fill in its number and date of filling; Name of product; its quantity; unit price and total amount. Be sure to indicate your payment details: bank name, BIK, current account, correspondent account. In the total amount, highlight the VAT tax if you work under such a taxation scheme.

Step 3

The account must be signed by the head or chief accountant of the organization. It is allowed to send this document by fax, e-mail or other communication channels. The presence of the blue seal on this document is not a prerequisite for payment.

Step 4

Billing does not guarantee payment from the purchaser, i.e. You may be invoiced but not paid by the buyer. This will not constitute a violation of obligations, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Step 5

You can add certain conditions to the invoice, such as self-pickup of goods from the warehouse, the term for reserving goods and paying for them. In this case, the document will be a public offer, i.e. the buyer, requesting an invoice for payment, as it were, agrees with the timing of the transfer of funds for the product (service), as well as with other conditions specified in it.

Step 6

You can draw up invoices in specialized accounting programs such as 1C, as well as simply in Excel form.
