There are situations in life when it is impossible to cope without outside help. For people who have strayed into a difficult financial situation, especially those who belong to socially unprotected strata of society (young mothers with children, pensioners, disabled people), the state provides support. It should be noted that material assistance, as a rule, is allocated one-time or annually (not more often) and, on average, is one or two minimum wages established in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Step 1
Contact your local social welfare office. To receive financial assistance, you will need to provide a justification. Namely: a certificate of wages of all members of your family, a certificate of the composition of the family from the housing office, documents confirming your plight, for example, a medical opinion and a list of necessary medicines. You also need to bring to social protection a copy of the pages of your passport with a photo and registration and a copy of your savings book - financial assistance will be transferred to it.
Step 2
In some organizations and enterprises, material assistance is allocated to employees who find themselves in difficult life situations. In order to receive money, you will need to write a statement addressed to the director describing your problem, and attach documentary evidence to it in the form of certificates, checks, a statement from the police or fire department, and so on.
Step 3
Ask your local office of the Russian Pension Fund if you are entitled to one-time targeted social assistance from the state. As a rule, such assistance is allocated annually to non-working pensioners, in whose families the average income is below the subsistence level. If you fit all the requirements, prepare a list of documents confirming your difficult life situation.
